We have been in the construction business for over 20 years. We provide customers a complete end to end service including estimating to full construction, based on a submitted drawing and scope of work. Our staff is familiar with local codes, ordinances, and inspection requirements. The customer’s needs are always carefully considered and meet to the best of our ability, our business is largely based on customer referrals and we are pleased with our success since moving the Lehigh Valley.
Message from our CEO
Ziggy Nikocevic
Our beginnings were small apartments and office renovations in New York City and New Jersey. We then began to specialize in metal framing and sheet-rocking subcontracts. Customers were so pleased with the way we handled our portion of the contracts as well the good relations we had with other subs that were encouraged to expand our services. Our operations have since moved exclusively to northeastern PA and now include all aspects of General Contracting.

The owner, Ziggy, is personally involved with every project. His management staff, crew, and loyal subcontractors make up a great team to service you and all your needs from start to finish. We work with architects an owners to secure permits, manage the project, supervise and coordinate all trades to make sure the scope of work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Enes Nikocevic
Enes started working for Ziggy Construction in 2020. He recently graduated with a BA in Business Marketing from Moravian College.
He stepped into the role of Operations Manager and is eager to contribute to the ever-progressing Ziggy Construction.
Jamie Mendez
Jamie Mendez joined the company in 2005, starting out with the team as a secretary. After a few years of learning the ins and outs of the business, she worked her way up to becoming the Accounts Manager.
Jamie now oversees the internal operations of the company, working with clients, suppliers, and contractors alike.
